This policy explains which personal data Preventiv processes, for what purposes, on which legal basis and what rights you have. It is given under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003, as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018) and Albanian Law no. 124/2024 on personal data protection.
