This Data processing agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of service between the Customer (controller) and [LEGAL NAME OF THE OPERATOR] (processor). It applies to personal data that Preventiv processes on behalf of the Customer, and is entered into under art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the corresponding provisions of Albanian Law 124/2024.
